Abstract
Rad pruža pregled regulatornog okvira slovenskog računovodstvenog sustava, uključujući Zakon o računovodstvu i Zakon o trgovačkim društvima te međunarodne standarde i institucije relevantne za računovodstvo Europske unije. Poseban fokus je na slovenskim računovodstvenim standardima, uključujući njihovu svrhu, razvoj kroz različite faze, osnovne pretpostavke i karakteristike. Također, analizira se model financijskog izvještavanja za mala i srednja poduzeća u Sloveniji, uključujući definiciju tih poduzeća te primjenu i definiranje vrijednosti imovine, obveza i kapitala. U završnom dijelu rada, provodi se usporedba slovenskih računovodstvenih standarda s Hrvatskim standardima financijskog izvještavanja (HSFI).
Abstract (english)
This thesis provides an overview of the regulatory framework of the Slovenian accounting system, including the Accounting law and the Companies law, as well as international standards and institutions relevant to the accounting of the European Union. Special emphasis is placed on Slovenian accounting standards, including their purpose, development through various phases, basic assumptions, and characteristics. Additionally, it analyzes the model of financial reporting for small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia, including the definition of these enterprises and the application and determination of the value of assets, liabilities, and capital. In the final part of the paper, a comparison is made between Slovenian accounting standards and Croatian Financial Reporting Standards (HSFI).
