Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja je proces primjene različitih analitičkih sredstava i tehnika pomoću kojih se podatci iz financijskih izvještaja pretvaraju u upotrebljive informacije relevantne za donošenje odluka o upravljanju. Cilj ovog rada je analiza financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Zvečevo d.d., Kraš d.d. i Podravka d.d. koja kotiraju na Zagrebačkoj burzi za razdoblje od 2018. do 2020. godine. Analiza je izrađena na temelju nekonsolidiranih financijskih izvještaja. Za usporedbu uspješnosti poslovanja odabranih poduzeća iz prehrambene industrije korištena je horizontalna i vertikalna analiza, analiza pomoću financijskih pokazatelja, analiza pomoću sintetičkih pokazatelja i analiza pomoću pokazatelja dodane vrijednosti. Analizom financijskih izvještaja ocijenjena je uspješnost poslovanja, financijski položaj i rizik od stečaja odabranih poduzeća, te je zaključno pokazano koje poduzeće posluje najuspješnije i najsigurnije.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of financial statements is the process of applying various analytical tools and techniques by means of which data from financial statements are transformed into usable information relevant for making management decisions. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the financial statements of the companies Zvečevo d.d., Kraš d.d. and Podravka d.d. which are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange for the period from 2018 to 2020. The analysis was made on the basis of non-consolidated financial statements. In order to compare the business performance of selected companies from the food industry, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis using financial indicators, analysis using synthetic indicators and analysis using indicators of added value were used. The analysis of the financial statements evaluated the business performance, financial position and risk of bankruptcy of the selected companies, and finally it was shown which company operates the most successfully and safely.
