Abstract
Kroz nekoliko dijelova i njegovih poglavlja ispunjeni su ciljevi predmetnog završnog rada. Prvi dio rada odnosi se na opisni i teorijski dio u kojem je definirana vanjska trgovina kao odrednica sustava međunarodnog poslovanja i međunarodne ekonomske aktivnosti. Nadalje, određen je sam pojam međunarodne organizacije kao subjekta međunarodnog prava i navedeni su odnosi i ciljevi vanjske trgovine kroz teoriju vanjskotrgovinske politike. Cjelina obuhvaća postanak, definiranje, rad i strukturu te cilj i načela na kojima počiva Svjetska trgovinska organizacija kao njezin odnos s Republikom Hrvatskom kao jednom od članica. U drugom dijelu završnog rada teorijski su opisana i definirana međunarodna sredstva za rješavanje sporova na temelju međunarodnog prava. Kroz takav su pristup analizirani načini, postupci i pravila rješavanja sporova između zemalja članica Svjetske trgovinske organizacije.
Abstract (english)
The objectives of the subject's final thesis are fulfilled through its several parts and chapters. The first part of the thesis refers to the descriptive and theoretical part in which foreign trade is defined as a determinant of the international business system and international economic activity. Furthermore, a concept of an international organization as a subject of international law is defined, and there are stated relations and objectives of foreign trade through the theory of foreign trade policy. The thesis includes the origin, definition, work and structure, as well as the main objectives and principles of the World Trade Organization and its relationship with the Republic of Croatia as one of its members. The second part of the thesis theoretically describes and defines international means for resolving disputes based on international law. Through such an approach, the methods, procedures and rules for resolving disputes between member countries of the World Trade Organization were analyzed.
