Abstract
Temeljne financijske izvještaje čine bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, te bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Svaki od navedenih izvještaja jednako je važan za poslovanje svakog društva, te svaki od njih pruža različite podatke. Ono što je zajedničko svim izvještajima je da trebaju pružiti istinit i fer prikaz poslovanja. Temeljem izvještaja rade se različite analize i donose se različite poslovne odluke i zaključci. Bilješke uz bilancu i račun dobiti i gubitka su izvještaji koji trebaju pobliže objasniti određene pozicije unutar bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka. S obzirom na to da sadržaj i izgled bilješki uz financijske izvještaje nije zakonom propisan, svako društvo izvještaj prilagođava sebi i u njemu iskazuje one podatke za koje smatra da su važni za razumijevanje njegovog poslovanja. U ovome radu analizirane su bilješke uz financijske izvještaje za 30 društava iz djelatnosti Trgovina na veliko i malo i to za 15 mikro društava i za 15 malih društava, te je napravljena analiza njihovog sadržaja i kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
Basic financial statements consist of a balance sheet, a profit and loss account, and notes to the financial statements. Each of the above reports is equally important for the business of each company, and each of them provides different information. What all reports have in common is that they should provide a true and fair view of the business. Based on the report, different analyses are made, and different business decisions and conclusions are drawn. Notes to the balance sheet and profit and loss account are reports that should explain specific positions within the balance sheet and profit and loss account. Due the fact that the content and appearance of the notes to the financial statements are not prescribed by law, each company adapts the report to itself and presents in it the information it considers important for understanding its operations. In this paper, the notes to the financial statements for 30 companies from the wholesale and retail trade, 15 micro companies, and 15 small companies were analyzed, and an analysis of their content and quality was made.
