Abstract
Poduzeće „XY“ je društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću koje obavlja djelatnost obrade metala, odnosno pruža usluge cnc glodanja, cnc tokarenja i brušenja. Unutar poduzeća trenutno je zaposleno 34 zaposlenika, od kojih je jedan zaposlenik na poziciji direktora, sedam zaposlenika unutar odjela nabave, prodaje i računovodstva te su preostali zaposlenici zaduženi za obavljanje poslovnih aktivnosti u pogonu. Cilj rada je prikazati utjecaj rizika na poslovne procese nabave i prodaje poduzeća „XY“ te važnost efikasno postavljenih kontrola unutar društva. Rizik, kao neizbježan element u poslovanju svakog poduzeća, predstavlja nepovoljan štetni događaj čije bi ostvarenje imalo negativne posljedice na cjelokupno poslovanje. Prema tome od velikog je značaja za poduzeća da mogu na vrijeme detektirati rizike unutar poslovnih procesa te efikasno njima upravljati. Na temelju detektiranih rizika koji prijete poslovanju postavljaju se interne kontrole kojima se osigurava veća efikasnost i adekvatnost poslovnih procesa i cjelokupnog poslovanja. Na temelju provedene analize poslovnih procesa nabave i prodaje poduzeća „XY“ prikazani su rizici i već postojeće interne kontrole te se preporuča uvođenje novih internih kontrola kojima bi se u još većem stupnju osigurala djelotvornost svih poslovnih aktivnosti, postupaka i poslovanja cjelokupnog poduzeća te umanjila opasnost od nastanka štetnih događaja.
Abstract (english)
The company "XY" is a limited liability company engaged in the economic activity of metal processing, cnc milling, cnc turning and grinding services. Currently it employs 34 people, one of whom is a director, seven employees conduct business activities in the purchase and sales departments and the accounting department and the remaining employees are in charge of performing business activities in the plant. The objective of this paper is to represent the impact that risks have on the purchase and sales activities within the company "XY" and the importance of effective controls. The risk, as an inevitable element in the business activities of any company, is a rather negative event whose realization could have negative consequences for the entire business. Therefore, it is important for companies to be able to detect risks on time and manage them efficiently. Based on the detected risks that threaten the business, internal controls are set up to ensure greater efficiency and adequacy of the entire business. Based on the analysis of business processes of purchase and sale of the company "XY", risks and existing internal controls are presented and it is recommended to implement new internal controls which would ensure the efficiency of all business activities, procedures and operations of the entire company and reduce the risk of negative events.
