Abstract
Troškovi radnika u većini tvrtki predstavljaju značajan dio troškova, od kojih je najveći, dohodak od nesamostalnog rada – plaća. Plaća predstavlja naknadu za rad radniku koji je s poslodavcem u radnom odnosu. Troškovi radnika, osim plaće, svi su primitci koji se, porezno gledano, smatraju plaćom. Uz plaću, uobičajena je i isplata materijalnih prava radnika. Ona nisu obvezna, ali postoji mogućnost za njihovom neoporezivom isplatom, ako se zadovolje svi zakonski uvjeti. Zakonodavac zahtjeva složeno porezno i računovodstveno praćenje troškova vezanih uz radnika. KLJUČNE
Abstract (english)
Labor costs in most companies represent a significant portion of the costs, the largest of which is income from self-employed work-payroll. Payroll is a remuneration for an employee. Employee's expenses, other than payroll, are all remunerations that, in tax terms, are considered salary. Along with the salary, it is common to pay the material rights of workers. These are not obligatory, but there is a possibility for their non-taxable payment if all the legal requirements are met. The legislature requires complex tax and accounting monitoring of employee-related expenses.
