Abstract
Različiti oblici i aspekti intelektualnog vlasništva bitan su dio svakog pojedinog koraka u inovacijskom procesu, od stvaranja novih ideja do ostvarenja i komercijalizacije proizvoda nastalih na temelju novih ideja i znanja. Kada se govori o inovacijama velika većina ljudi pod time podrazumijeva tehnološke inovacije. Najčešća posljedica ovakvog razmišljanja jest poistovjećivanje termina izum i inovacija. Od svih oblika intelektualnog vlasništva uz tehnološke inovacije najčešće se veže upravo patent budući da se patentom štiti bit tehnoloških inovacija - izum. Broj patenata koji poduzeće posjeduje često se koristi kao jedan od glavnih indikatora za ustanovljavanje njezine inovativnosti te mjere učinka inovativnosti. Inovacija podrazumijeva novi proizvod ili uslugu ili poboljšanu verziju već postojećih proizvoda ili usluga. Kod osmišljavanja novih proizvoda koji još nisu poznati i kod kojih je potrebno uložiti velike napore kako bi se oni realizirali, osoba mora biti kreativna pa se može reći kako je kreativnost usko povezana sa inovacijama. Za poboljšanje stanja poduzetništva i društvenih inovacija, prvotno bi trebalo putem obrazovanja i edukacija upoznati i osvijestiti društvo o postojećim problemima i općenito pojmovima društvenog poduzetništva i inovacija.
Abstract (english)
Different forms and aspects of intellectual property are important part of every step of inovation proces, from creating a new ideas to achievements and commercialization of product that are built on base of new ideas and knowledge. When speaking about innovations most people mean technology innovations. This often happens because terms invention and innovation are used as a same. From all of the forms of intellectual property, patent is mostly used with technology innovations, because patent protects what is important in technology innovations - invention. Number of patents thah company has, is often used as main indicator for how innovative company is. Innovation means new product or service or improved version of existing products or services. When creating a new products who are not known yet, and that require a lot of effort to be realized, person must be creative so it can be told that creativity is closely related with innovation. To improve state of entrepreneurship and social innovation, firstly it would be necessary to educate and bring to consciousness society about existing problems and generally notions of social entrepreneurship and innovation.
