Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je oporezivanje porezom na dobit i sastavljanje prijave poreza na dobit u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj je detaljnija analiza sastavljanja prijave poreza na dobit u praksi u Republici Hrvatskoj, a interes je u posebnostima u oporezivanju i utvrđivanju osnovice poreza na dobit. U ovom radu se pojašnjavaju odredbe Zakona o porezu na dobit, tko su obveznici, što je porezna osnovica, porezna stopa i drugo. Nadalje, objašnjavaju se različiti modaliteti povećanja dobitka i smanjenja gubitka isto kao i smanjenje dobiti i povećanje gubitka. Odgovara se na pitanja koje su porezne olakšice, oslobođenja i poticaji, te koje su porezne obveze nakon odbitka olakšica, oslobođenja i poticaja. Za kraj, sve navedeno tumači se na primjeru PD obrasca.
Abstract (english)
Main topic of this paper is income tax and how to compose an income tax report in Republic of Croatia. Specific goal is a detail analysis of the composition of the income tax report in practice in Republic of Croatia and the interest for this topic occurred from the relatively new and constantly changeable tax system. That being said, this paper will deliberate income tax, tax payers who are obligated to comply with the income law, what is the tax base and tax rate. Furthermore, it explains the categories of increasing the tax base, categories of reducing the tax base, tax deductions and exemptions. At the end, all of the above is shown on an example of the income tax report.
