Abstract
Obrtnik je fizička osoba koja obavlja jednu ili više djelatnosti u svoje ime i za svoj račun, a obrt je samostalno i trajno obavljanje dopuštenih gospodarskih djelatnosti od strane fizičkih osoba sa svrhom postizanja dobiti koja se ostvaruje proizvodnjom, prometom ili pružanjem usluga na tržištu. Službena putovanja su sastavni dio poslovanja i vrlo važan dio poslovanja, te ovisno o vrsti poslovanja mogu biti jedni od najzastupljeniji troškova koji se pojavljuju u poslovanju obrtnika. Ako se uzme u obzir da je riječ u pravilu o neoporezivim primicima, jasno je da su pravila evidentiranja i obračuna troškova definirana zakonima i pravilnicima. S obzirom da se poslovanje obrtnika razlikuje od poslovanja društva, kroz rad su obraĎene specifičnosti poslovanja obrtnika, te sama evidencija i obračun putnih naloga. O svemu detaljnije je pojašnjeno u nastavku rada.
Abstract (english)
Enterpreneur is a physical person who carries out one or more activities on his own behalf and for his account, entrepreneur is self-sustainingly and permanently carrying out permitted economic activities by physical person for the purpose of obtaining profit generated by production, turnover or service provision on the market. Business trip is an integral part of the business and a very important part of the business, and depending on the type of business it can be one of the most frequent costs that arise in the business of entrepreneur. If we take into account that mostly these are non-taxable expenses, it is clear that the rules for recording and calculating costs are defined by law and regulations. Since the business of entrepreneur differs from the company`s business, trough these paper we deal with specifics of entrepreneur`s business, and with the records nad calculation of travel orders themselves.
